I need to have an electric wall heater checked and rewired.. not working.. new from last year.

Hello, I've got 3 baseboard heaters (forced air electric) in a rental unit that were working a month ago but have since ceased. Two heaters are on one tstat, the other one is by itself. One of the heaters was replaced in June, and it seems odd to me that they would all go out together like this, particularly with one of them so new, so I'm wondering if the problem is in the wiring somewhere. Is this a problem that you might be able to fix? Thanks, Andrew

I have a chandelier in the dining area that needs to be removed and need to move the junction box over to have the new chandelier be centered in the dining room area.

I need to have a dedicated line for my microwave. it currently is on the same circuit as the master bedroom and causes several outages. The microwave is about 10 linear feet from the breaker box and there should be enough space on the breaker box to add a new breaker for the microwave.

I have a couple of light fixtures in my garage and a motion detector that do not work even though I replaced the bulbs. I think there is no power running through the wires.

I recently had the track lighting in my kitchen completely go out. It had been dimming for a period of time, but one day it just didn't work. I tried resetting the breaker, but that didn't work. There is voltage coming from the switch, but not from the light socket itself.

I want to have a grounding wire added to a room in our basement so we can have grounded outlets in the room. There are 3 GFCI outlets in the room now but they are ungrounded.

Having trouble with the track lighting in my condo. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Had a handyman look at and he said he believes the transformer went out in the lighting unit. I would like an electrician to look at to be sure.
